Hey,
Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein schönes 14qm in einer super WG. Das Zimmer ist wie schon erwähnt 14qm groß und sehr hell.
Die Lage ist super. Man ist in 2 Minuten an der Haltestelle Karl- Wilhelm Platz und in ca. 7 Minuten an der Haltestelle Gottesauer Platz. Die Wohung liegt direkt in der Oststadt und man is schnell an tollen Bars und Kneipen. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, ein REWE ist ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
In der Wg wohnen mit dir Tobi, Leo, Sven ,Julia und Lisa. Wir sind eine gesellige Wg, die sich ab und an in der Küche zum Karten spielen oder gemütlichen Beisammensitzen trifft. Natürlich braucht aber auch jeder mal seine Ruhe. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist unser beliebter Kicker ! Dort wird ab und an mal das ein oder andere Duell ausgetragen.
