Hallo,
zum 1. November wird mein WG-Zimmer in der Karlsruher Oststadt frei. Es ist knappe 20 qm groß und Teil einer 3er-WG.
In der Wohnung leben außerdem Sven (Lehrer) und Tristan (Dramaturg), beide Anfang Mitte 30 und berufstätig. Daher wäre es ideal, wenn du evtl. auch berufstätig bist oder einen ähnlichen Tagesrhythmus hättest.
Zur WG gehören noch eine gut ausgestatte Küche, Bad und separates WC. Alles wichtige wie S-Bahn-Haltestelle, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars etc. liegt gleich ums Eck.

Die Oststadt bietet alles, was man so braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten aller Art, Anbindung an die S-Bahn und Kneipen und Bars zum Weggehen.
In der Küche ein Schwätzchen halten, zusammen kochen/essen, mal ein Spieleabend oder abends gemeinsam etwas unternehmen. Prinzipiell für alles offen, vorausgesetzt, alle haben Zeit.
Schreibt mir einfach eine Mail mit ein paar Infos zu euch. Alles weitere und ob's passt sieht man dann ohnehin, wenn ihr persönlich vorbeischaut.
