Das Zimmer wird schon ab den 25. Juli zu Verfügung stehen.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit einem Schreibtisch, diversen Schränken und einem Bett. Es ist also genügend Stauraum vorhanden :)
Dadurch, dass das Zimmer zum Innenhof zeigt, ist es meistens immer sehr ruhig.
Die Abschlagszahlung für die ganzen Möbel beträgt 500 € und die Kaution beträgt 594,43 €.
Du wirst die Einzelheiten mit Marijana regeln, welche das Zimmer verlassen wird

The Room will be available as of the 25 of July.
The room has a big window, heater Bed, desk, shelves, open wardrobe.
All the furniture of the room will cost 500 Euro plus the Kaution will be 594,43 Euro.
Die Lage ist perfekt für Studenten: zur Uni sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Rad (ca. 1,5 km). Die Innenstadt ist entsprechend auch nicht viel weiter. Supermärkte gibt es in der Nähe in Hülle und Fülle (ca. 800m). Die nächste Haltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und ist die Rintheimer Str.
Die Haltestellen Hauptfriedhof und Tullastr. sind auch in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

The location is perfect for students: 5 minutes by bike to KIT (approx. 1.5 km). Accordingly, the city centre is not much further away. There are plenty of supermarkets about 800m away.
The tram stop Essenweinstraße is directly under our kitchen window.
Wir sind eine gemischte WG, welche zur hälfte aus Studenten und arbeitende Personen besteht.
Maria absolviert ihren Bachelor am KIT.
Minh arbeitet derzeit Teilzeit und macht nebenher den Master am KIT.
Rokaya und Tobi arbeiten beide schon und werden in nähere Zukunft ausziehen wollen. Das heißt du hast hier die Chance die WG mit neu zu gestalten.
In der Küche wird sich öfters unterhalten, wenn man sich mal über dem Weg läuft.

Da Marjiana im laufe nächsten Monats auszieht, suchen wir hier Verstärkung. Wir alle legen auf einen geregelten Putzplan wert, sollten nicht unbedingt ein Messi sein und auch nicht abgeneigt sein mal den Lappen in die Hand zu nehmen und die WG durchzuputzen.
Falls du uns genauer kennen lernen willst, schreib uns einfach ein bisschen über dich.
Dadurch das Marijana plant am 25 Juli auszuziehen, möchte Sie, dass du dich mit einem kleinen Betrag an der Monatsmiete im Juli beteiligst.
