20 m2 Zimmer in einer WG. Der Raum ist groß, ruhig und hell. Ursprünglich nicht möbiliert, aber ich würde meinem Nachmieter die Möbel überlassen. Die Wohnung setzt sich aus 4 Zimmern, 1 Küche, 1 Bad und einem seperatem WC zusammen. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet mit: WLAN, Spül- und Waschmaschine, Ofen, Herd und sämtlichen Küchenutensilien. Die Lage in der Oststadt ist direkt am Durlacher Tor, damit sind es 1min zur Straßenbahn, 5min zum KIT, Bars oder Restaurants. Auch zum nächsten Supermarkt, oder im Park ist man in 5min zu Fuß.
Deine 3 potentiellen Mitbewohner wären Markus, Martin und Florian, die alle derzeit am KIT studieren, oder grade fertig geworden sind. Es herrscht eine freundliche Atmosphere, die perfekte Mischung aus Geselligkeit und Privatsphäre. Wir genießen es gemeinsam zu kochen und zu essen, einen Spieleabend zu veranstalten, gemeinsam Sport zu machen, oder gelegentlich was trinken zu gehen. Aber natürlich sollst du dich ins WG Leben einbringen und gerne selbst Vorschläge mitbringen.
Die Miete beläuft sich über 485€ warm, inklusive Internet und Strom und ist ab dem 16.07. verfügbar. Wir würden usn freuen dich kennen zu lernen, also schreib uns einfach kurz an.

20 m2 bedroom in a shared flat, the room is spacious quiet and bright. It is not furnished but I’ll leave the furnitures for the next occupant. The flat is composed of 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. All equipment is provided : wifi, dishwasher, laundry machine, oven, kitchen instruments. Location in Oststadt, near transport (1 min), KIT (5 min) bars and restaurants (5 min), supermarket (5 min), park (5 min).
The 3 tenants are Markus, Martin and Florian all current or graduated from KIT, it’s a friendly atmosphere, a perfect blend of conviviality and intimacy. We like to share a meal, play boardgames, do sports or have a drink sometimes, all suggestions are always welcome to enliven the life of the flat!
The rent is 485€ including charges, the room is available from July 16th. We look forward to visits so don’t hesitate to send a request!
