Das Zimmer ist knapp 20m^2 groß mit Fenstern zur Ostendstraße. Den Verkehr vor der Tür nimmt man eigentlich wenig war und nachts ist es relativ ruhig. Gerne lasse ich für die Zeit auch Einrichtungsgegenstände im Zimmer.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Durlacher Tor und man erreicht die Bahnhaltestelle in einer Minute. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es einen Rewe (5 min zu Fuß), Scheck-In Center (5 min) und auch ALDI & Lidl (10 min Fahrrad). Die Universität ist auch nur 5 min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Innenstadt erreicht man in knapp 5 Minuten mit der Bahn oder dem Fahrrad.

Es ist eine ruhige und soziale WG. Gerne wird auch mal zusammen gekocht oder man macht sich einen gemütlichen Abend. Die WG wird schon relativ gut sauber gehalten und jeder kümmert sich darum, dass das auch so bleibt.
