Hi :) I'm moving out of our 3 person flatshare right next to the KIT Campus Süd (main campus) by end of June. So we're looking for a new flatmate who wants to move in after me.
The large, bright 18 m² room is fully furnished with bed, bedside table & reading lamp, large desk, chair with rolls, wardrobe and a sofa, that can be turned into a guest bed.
Also the rest of the flat is furnished and contains everyting needed:
- Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezers, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, etc.
- Shared bathroom with shower and toilet
- Wifi available everywhere in the flat
- Washing machine
The house has a large backyard, that can be used to savely park bicycles or for hanging out in summer and having BBQ.
A garage is available as well and can be rented additionally if you have a car or need the space otherwise (please ask for the availability if needed)
The flat is perfectly located only a minute by walk away from the KIT Campus Süd (main campus) and the tram station "Durlacher Tor" from where you can get to the city center and most other places to go in Karlsruhe fast. As the house is located in a little side street, despite the great location it's still relatively quite and you don't hear the traffic and trams much.
In walking distance of the flat there are also a supermarket (REWE), restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a gas station with little supermarket (open until midnight) and many other places.
n this WG we live warmly and friendly with each other and enjoy spending time together in the evenings. We frequently cook food from different cultures togehter and sit down to have a beer or wine. The household tasks are equally divided and everyone is expected to do their part.
Curently we are Geroges (20), Theophile (21) and Me.
Georges and Theo come from France and are engineering students. Both fo them enjoy playing various sports, cooking and watching movies together (also have a video projector to enhance the experience ).
We would like someone who is comfortable with the English language and would like to spend some time together.
The total rent includes all utility costs (furniture, electricity, gas, Wifi, telephone, TV, house utility costs and usage of the washing machine).
