Da ich für ein Semester in Turin bin, ist mein Zimmer von jetzt bis zum 31.07.2022 frei.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 m2 groß und hat altbautypisch hohe Decken (mit Stuck!). Die Möbel würde ich im Zimmer lassen; ein großes Bett, ein großer Schreibtisch und drei Regale stehen dir zur Verfügung. Außerdem verfügt das Zimmer über den Luxus eines eigenen Waschbeckens. Eine Eigenheit des Zimmers ist, dass es nicht direkt in der Wohnung liegt, sondern auf dem Treppenabsatz (siehe Fotos). Man muss also einen Meter über den Hausflur laufen, um in die Wohnung zu gelangen, was für mich bis jetzt aber kein großes Problem war.
Die Wohnung selber ist ca. 120 m2 groß, verfügt über eine große, gemütliche Küche, ein Bad mit großem Fenster und Tageslicht, ein Gästeklo und einen Balkon, von dem aus man hervorragend die Leute auf der Straße beobachten kann.

Since I am spending an Erasmus stay in Turin for one semester, my room is free from now to 31.07.2022.
The room is about 15 m2 and has high ceilings typical of old buildings (with stucco!). I would leave the furniture in the room; a large bed, a large desk and three shelves are at your disposal. The room also has the luxury of its own sink. A peculiarity of the room is that it is not located directly in the apartment, but on the landing (see photos). So you have to walk a meter across the hallway to get into the apartment, but this has not been a big problem for me so far.
The apartment itself is about 120 m2, has a large, cozy kitchen, a bathroom with a large window and daylight, a guest toilet and a balcony, from which you can excellently watch the people on the street.
Das Zimmer liegt im 3. Stock eines Altbaus direkt an der Haltestelle "Durlacher Tor/KIT Campus Süd". Das KIT kann man vom Zimmer aus sehen, man braucht zu Fuß keine Minute, um den Campus zu erreichen. Auch ein Supermarkt und diverse Bars sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der der Schlosspark und die Innenstadt sind in 10 bis 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dein Fahrrad kannst du im Innenhof abstellen.

The room is located on the 3rd floor of an old building directly at the stop "Durlacher Tor/KIT Campus Süd". You can see the KIT from the room, it doesn't take a minute to walk to the campus. A supermarket and various bars are also within a few minutes walking distance. The Schlosspark and the city center are within 10 to 15 minutes walking distance. You can park your bike in the courtyard.
Wir sind weder eine Party-, noch eine Zweck-WG. Wir essen öfter mal gemeinsam, kochen ab und zu zusammen und trinken gerne miteinander ein (paar) Glas Wein in der gemütlichen Küche. Auch Freunde sind gerne gesehen. Wenn du dich mal zurückziehen musst, kannst du das aber auch gut machen (das etwas außerhalb gelegene Zimmer eignet sich dafür sehr gut).
Wir sind eine sehr saubere WG. Jeder schaut, dass er alles sauber hinterlässt und putzt, was ihm gerade auffällt.
Deine Mitbewohner werden Olivia (studiert Umwelttoxikologie), Kamilla (arbeitet als Innendesignerin), Luis (studiert Grafikdesign) und Sonya (zieht im März neu ein) sein.

We are neither a party nor a purpose-flatshare. We often eat together, cook together from time to time and like to drink a few glasses of wine together in the cozy kitchen. Friends are also welcome. But if you need to retreat from time to time, you can do that very well (the room a bit outside is very suitable for that).
We are a very clean household. Everyone makes sure to leave everything clean and clean things whatever they notice.
Your roommates will be Olivia (studies environmental toxicology), Kamilla (works as an interior designer), Luis (studies graphic design) and Sonya (moves in in March).
Da ich mein Zimmer während meines Erasmus-Semesters nicht brauche, möchte ich es untervermieten. Die Daten 01.04. bis 31.07. sind eher Richtwerte, die wir auch gerne individuell besprechen können.
Da wir gerne ein ausgeglichenes Geschlechterverhältnis in unserer WG hätten, suchen wir explizit nach einem Mann zwischen 20 und 30 Jahren.

Since I do not need my room during my Erasmus semester, I would like to rent it out. The dates 01.04. to 31.07. are rather guidelines, which we can also discuss individually.
Since we would like to have a balanced gender ratio in our shared apartment, we are explicitly looking for a man between 20 and 30 years old.
