das Zimmer ist 17 m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster nach Süden zum Innenhof. Es ist schön hell und ruhig. Im Winter scheint die Sonne weit ins Zimmer, im Sommer nur auf die Fensterbank, das ist sehr praktisch.
Wir befinden uns in der schönen Oststadt in einer wenig befahrenen 30er-Zone mit schönen Bäumen in der Mitte. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, DM, Edeka, Bauhaus, IKEA, nette Lokale u.v.m. Eine Minute von unserer Wohnung entfernt gibt es einen Mini-Park (Tischtennis, Fußball, Basketball, Spielplatz, gemütliche Bänke) und nach kurzem Fußweg ist man beim Alten Schlachthof oder am Gottesauer Schloss. Zum KIT sind es mit dem Fahrrad 5 Minuten, zu PH und FH etwa 15. Zur nächsten Haltestelle (Tullastraße), von der viele Bahnlinien fahren, braucht man zu Fuß 3 Minuten.
Mit dir zusammen wohnen werden Esti, 22 Jahre alt und jüdisch. Sie studiert an der Fernuni Soziologie und Politikwissenschaften. Das heißt aber nicht, dass sie nur am Schreibtisch sitzt - im Park lässt es sich wunderbar studieren! Zu einem kleinen Plausch in der Küche ist sie immer bereit.
Außerdem Eliana, 29 und aus Kolumbien. Sie promoviert am KIT in der Batterieforschung. Sie ist viel in Europa unterwegs, quatscht aber auch gerne in der Küche und ist sehr fröhlich.
Wir suchen eine weltoffene und tolerante Mitbewohnerin. :)
Fahrräder kommen im Hausflur unter oder in der zur Wohnung gehörigen Garage im Hinterhof. Außerdem haben wir ein Kellerabteil und eine Abstellkammer im Treppenhaus, also falls es etwas zu verstauen gibt - kein Problem.
Bei Bedarf kann das Hochbett abgekauft werden (Maße: 1,40 x 2,00 m, ca. 1,63 m Stehhöhe darunter und ab Matratze bis zur Decke 1,10 m, also keine Klaustrophobie-Gefahr).
Der Abschlag ist für Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine.

It's a 17 square meters big, bright and quiet room with a large window facing south towards the yard. In winter, the sun shines far into the room, in summer, only onto the windowsill, so that's perfect.
The house is located in a quiet street in the quarter "Oststadt" which is popular among students. There are numerous supermarkets in walking distance, also some pubs and restaurants and a famous ice cream shop. By bike, it's 5 minutes to KIT and 15 to the Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences. A tram stop (Tullastraße) frequented by several lines is 3 minutes on foot, a mini park with benches is 2 minutes on foot, a larger park 5 minutes.
Your roommates will be Esti, 22 years old and Jewish. She studies Sociology and Political Sciences at a distance learning university and loves her freedom to study in parks.
And there's Eliana, 29 years old and from Colombia. She does her PhD at KIT in battery research. She's a very happy person who travels around Europe and loves a chat in the kitchen.
Bikes can be stored in the house entrance. There's a garage, a basement room and a storage room outside the flat, so lots of space.
If you're interested, you can buy the bunk bed (1,40 x 2,00 m, standing height 1,63 m and 1,10 m resting between the mattress and the ceiling).
The 50 € that have to be paid are for the laundry machine and the fridge.
