Hallo,
nach 1 Jahr zieht meine Mitbewohnerin aus, deshalb suche ich ab dem 1. April einen neuen Mitbewohner. Die WG hat 3 Schlafzimmer, plus Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad. In der Wohnung wohnen Candela und ich, wir beide zur Zeit arbeiten und studieren. Wir sind beide argentinier, 27 und 29 Jahre alt.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr gut, 300 m von der Station Kongresszentrum entfernt. Von der Wohnung aus kann man die wichtigsten Punkte der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen: Marktplatz 10 min, Hauptbahnhof 15 min, KIT Campus Süd 18 min.
Manchmal unternehmen wir etwas zusammen, jedoch hat jeder auch seine Zeit und Platz für sich. Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns wichtig. Das Zimmer ist teilweise mobiliert. Du kannst dich gerne melden, um einen Besichtigung zu vereinbaren 😊
