In unserer WG ziehen Mitte Mai gleich zwei Mitbewohner aus. Für das größere Zimmer sind wir bereits am suchen, nun möchte ich hier noch das kleinere Zimmer anbieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14m² groß und hat ein großes Fenster (zur Westseite, Hinterhof) und ist daher sehr hell. Das Zimmer ist mit Laminat ausgelegt wie ein Großteil der Wohnung, bzw Fliesen sind in Küche und Bad. Es ist ein Anschluss für den Fernseher im Zimmer ist vorhanden. Das Zimmer kostet mit allen!! anfallenden Nebenkosten 240Euro.
Das Badezimmer ist ebenfalls sehr groß und beinhaltet Dusche und Badewanne, zwei Waschbecken, ein Regal für die Kosmetiksachen und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich am 15.5. frei.
Die Verkehrslage ist super, in 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Haltestelle Tivoli oder die Haltestelle Augartenstraße. Über beide Bahnen kommt man innerhalb von 3-5min in die Innenstadt, auch mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut zu erreichen. In 10 Gehminuten ist man am Hauptbahnhof.
In der WG wohnt Daniela (24), studiert Maschienenbau auf Master am KIT. Da gleich zwei von uns ausziehen, ist eine Neugestaltung der WG möglich. Daniela wünscht sich nette Leute für ein angenehmes Zusammenleben, eine reine Zweck-WG liegt nicht in ihrem Sinne.
Stellt euch doch bitte in einer Mail vor und schreibt ein paar Zeilen zu euch, so dass wir einen ersten Eindruck von euch bekommen :)
