Es hat ein Doppelbett, eine Kommode, einen Kleiderschrank, einen Schreibtisch für Büroarbeiten und Fächer für weitere Kleidung. Unter dem Bett gibt es Ablagemöglichkeiten. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, die für eine gute Luftzirkulation sorgen. Es ist auch mit einer Ablage für Schuhe und Kleiderbügeln hinter der Tür und an den Fächern für zusätzliche Aufhängemöglichkeiten ausgestattet.

The room is divided in two sections and is equipped with high-quality furniture.
It has a double-size bed, a chest of drawers, a closet, a desk for office work and compartments to keep more clothes in. There are storage places under the bed. The room has two windows which allows for good air circulation. It is also equipped with a storage place for shoes, and hangers behind the door and attached to the compartments for extra hanging places.

Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Ecke des Werderplatzes, wo Sie alles, was Sie brauchen, innerhalb von 1 Minute zu Fuß finden können, oder sogar weniger. Es gibt verschiedene Supermärkte, einen türkischen, einen italienischen, andere deutsche Supermärkte wie Nahkauf, Lidl, Rossmann. Es gibt mehrere Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung, und das Stadtzentrum Markplatz oder Europaplatz sind 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt 4 Straßenbahnhaltestellen, die in 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Eine davon ist eine U-Bahn-Station direkt neben der Wohnung, die verschiedene Routen ermöglicht (Volkswohnung/Staatstheater, Werderstraße, Kongresszentrum U, Augartenstraße).
Das Stadtzentrum ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The flat is located on the corner of Werderplatz, where you can find everything you need within a 1 minute walking distance, or even less. There are different supermarkets, a Turkish one, an Italian one, other German supermarkets like Nahkauf, Lidl, Rossman. There are several bars and restaurants in the area, and the city center Markplatz or Europaplatz are 10-15 mins walking distance.
There are 4 tram stops located within 2-3 minutes of walking distance. One of which is an Underground station right next to the flat, which allows for different routes (Volkswohnung/Staatstheater, Werderstrasse, Kongresszentrum U, Augartenstrasse).
The city center is a 10-min walk.
The Main Train Station is around 6-10 minute walking distance.

Das Zimmer ist mit allen notwendigen Möbeln ausgestattet, die Wohnung ist ebenfalls mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Kochen und Putzen braucht. Die Kleidungsstücke und persönlichen Gegenstände auf den Bildern gehören dem jetzigen Mieter, die beim Einzug natürlich nicht mehr vorhanden sein werden.
Bitte rufen Sie nicht nach Mitternacht oder vor 9:00 Uhr morgens an und hinterlassen Sie eine Nachricht, wenn Sie etwas wissen möchten.

The set up of the room can be changed upon your preference. The room is well equiped with all furniture needed, the flat is also well equipped with everything needed to cook and clean. The clothes and personal items in the pictures belong to the current tenant, which will of course not be there upon moving in.
