Es handelt sich um das große Zimmer in einer 2er WG. Da ich ab April im Praktikum bin kann es gerne vollmöbliert übernommen werden. Das beeinhaltet unter anderem einen Schrank ein Bett und einen Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage nahe Haltestelle Rüppurrer Tor von wo aus man überall hinfahren kann. Zur Uni sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten. Mehrere Läden und Apotheken sind in nächster Umgebung. Außerdem sind es nur ca 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Innenstadt ( Marktplatz).
Du wirst mit meinem Mitbewohner Ömer leben. Er schreibt zurzeit seine Masterarbeit als Wirtschaftsingenieur.
Es ist eine eher ruhige, aber sehr nette WG.
Man sollte sich schon im klaren sein, dass die Wohnung im 4. OG ist. Dafür ist sie sehr groß und es gibt große Fenster mit viel Sonnenlicht. Fotos folgen in Kürze. Wenn ihr genaueres wissen wollt oder sonst Fragen habt, schreibt mir einfach und kommt die Wohnung besichtigen.
