Trotz der Corona - Pandemie sind wir auf der Suche nach einem/ einer neuen Mitbewohner/in, da unsere Mitbewohnerin leider ausziehen wird.
Unsere WG ist im 3. Stock eines Altbaus und hat drei Zimmer + Bad, WC und Küche/Wohnzimmer.
Das zu vermietende Zimmer misst 14qm, hat hohe Decken und ein großes Fenster.
Die WG befindet sich in der Südstadt und hat eine super Lage. Sie liegt sehr zentral, sodass das Zentrum in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Auch Supermärkte, Bahnstationen sowie der City Park und der Oberwald sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt.
Jetzt zu uns:
Wir sind zwar keine Party - WG, in der jedes Wochenende gefeiert wird, trotzdem sitzen wir abends oft gemeinsam in der Küche, essen Maultaschen und trinken das ein oder andere Glas Wein.
Die ganze WG ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles was man zum Leben benötigt. Fast schon Luxus! (Mikrowelle,Kaffeevollautomat, Spülmaschine...)

und voll berufstätig. Was will man mehr.
Dann gibt es noch die Uschi/ Hannah. Sport ist ihr Hobby, sie studiert und arbeitet auch noch nebenher bei Hco. Ach ja und Sport macht sie auch. Also wirklich Sport. So mit pumpen und so. Echt krass...Hab ich schon erwähnt dass sie Sport macht ?
Falls du unsere Vorliebe für Maultaschen teilst, ein offener und lustiger Mensch bist und gerne auch mal putzt, hast du quasi schon gewonnen.
