The room is one of the three bedrooms in a flat found on the ground floor of a building. It is spacious with a window facing the backyard away from the street. It is fully furnished with a big 2 mattresses bed, a couch, a wardrobe, and a study desk. Even though there is a cellar, the room has enough storage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich nur 3 Minuten vom Kolpingplatz entfernt, der sich auf halbem Weg zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum befindet. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Lebensmittelgeschäfte, die nur wenige Blocks entfernt sind. Apotheke, Café und Bäckerei (die 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet ist) sind ebenfalls in Ihrer Reichweite. The apartment is found only 3 mins away from Kolpingplatz which is midway between the main train station and the city center. There are plenty of options for grocery shops that are only a few blocks away. Pharmacy, cafe, and bakery (which is open 7 days a week) are also within your reach. The Alb and the zoo are also nearby if you would like to jog or simply take a walk.
