Zur WG gehört neben deinem Zimmer ein großes Wohnzimmer, das von allen genutzt wird, eine gut ausgestattete, großzügige Küche sowie ein großes Bad (Dusche, Badewanne, Waschmaschine) und separat vom Bad eine Toilette, sodass es morgens nicht zu unnötigen Staus kommt. Die Miete ist all inclusive.
Die WG liegt in der Karlsruher Südstadt und hat meiner Meinung nach die optimale Lage in Karlsruhe. Die Uni und die Innenstadt sind mit dem Fahrrad keine 5 Minuten entfernt. Direkt vor der Haustür findest du 2 Straßenbahnstationen, diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (unter anderem ein riesengroßer Edeka Scheck-in) und alles was man sonst so braucht.
Wir wohnen zu dritt in der WG. Hier sind alle sehr nett und sehr entspannt. Abends wird gerne ab und zu ein Bier zusammen getrunken, gekocht oder Playstation gespielt.
