300€ kalt + 120 Euro Nebenkosten, aber bereits mit Telefon, Internet und Strom.
Wohnung selbst:
Karlstr. 120, direkt an der Haltestelle Kolpingplatz (es fahren die Linien 2&4 im 5 Minutentakt in die Stadt)
20 min. zu Fuß zum Europaplatz, 10 min zum Bahnhof
Wohnung insgesamt 86m², Küche (Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine), Bad mit WC, extra Gäste WC, Flur, Kellerraum.
Soweit ich weiß, gibts unten im Keller Waschmaschinen und Trockner, die man mitbenutzen kann. (Hatte bisher selbst eine), 3. OG. Viele Junge Leute im Haus.
Internet: 16 Mbit
