Hallo liebe Suchende,
unsere Wohnung ist in einem Altbau unterm Dach, hell und gemütlich. Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer, von denen wir eines als Wohnzimmer nutzen. Küche und Bad sind in einem Raum (sprich in der Küche ist eine Duschkabine und Wachbecken daneben, lässt sich aber zuhängen).
Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett 1,40x2m, Schränkchen, Schreibtisch). Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, aber sehr schön und hat wie die ganze Wohnung Dielenboden. Es gibt Abstellplatz auf dem Dachboden, falls du was unterstellen willst oder was aus dem Zimmer rausräumen.
Da es eine zweier-WG ist, ist das WG-Leben in keine Regel gefasst, sondern ergibt sich einfach. Mona, mit der du zusammen wohnen würdest, studiert an der Hochschule für Gestaltung Kunstwissenschaft und Szenografie. Wenn du Interesse hast dann schreib am besten einfach eine Nachricht und komm vorbei. Ein kurzes Kennenlernen und die Wohnung zu besichtigen ist für beide Seiten aufschlussreicher, als lange Beschreibungen. :)
Beim Einzugs- und Auszugsdatum bin ich ein bisschen felxibel (+/- ca. eine Woche).

Dear people,
if you search a room to sublet from september till december, this might be it:
The flat has three rooms, of which one is used as a living room. The kitchen and bathroom are in one room (that is in the kitchen there is shower cabin, old german version of bathroom;), but we've never had privacy problems since you can just put a curtain up.
The room to rent is small but cosy and beautiful, furnished with a matrace, a desk, a little closet. We have a space on the attic where you can store stuff or furniture from my room, if you don't need it.
The flatmate Mona is a student of art theory and scenography, enjoys theater and coffee. :) If you are interested the best would be to just write her and make a date for visiting the flat or skyping, getting to know each other is better than essay-long descriptions ;)

Die WG ist direkt am Kolpingplatz, für nicht Karlsruher: zum Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß 10 Minuten, in die Innenstadt 20. Aber vom Kolpingplatz fahren auch Bahnen überallhin. Die Lage ist gut, d.h. die Wohnung ist ruhig und wir haben keinen Verkehrslärm.

The flat is a one minute walk form the Kolpinplatz. To the main train-station its a 10 minute walk, to the city center 20 minute. But the Kolpingplatz has a tram station whith good and fast connections to the cty center.
