Von Januar bis Ende März 2018 vermiete ich mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer schönen Wohnung unter, da ich für knapp drei Monate ins Ausland gehe.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 16qm groß, hat sehr hohe Decken und ist möbliert - Bett, Schreibtisch, Schrank, Regal, Sofa bleiben da. Du brauchst also nur deinen Koffer mit allen Klamotten mitbringen ;). Unsere Wohnung hat außerdem eine gemütliche Küche und zwei Balkone.
Unsere Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Südweststadt, nicht weit entfernt vom ZKM, dem Karlsruher Zoo und Hauptbahnhof. Egal ob mit dem Rad oder der Bahn, man ist in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt, an der PH, Hochschule oder in 15 min am KIT. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Mathystraße und Kolpingplatz sind nur ca. 3 Minuten entfernt.
Auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super! Vor der Haustür gibt es einen Penny, DM und ein Reformhaus.
Du bekommst zwei tolle Mitbewohnerinnen! Silvie (24) und Isa (23) studieren beide an der PH, Grundschullehramt und Biodiversität/Umwelt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG, sondern kochen und essen öfter zusammen, gehen mal zusammen joggen oder schauen Serien, den Bachelor oder Germanys Next Topmodel ;) Natürlich hat man aber auch seine Ruhe, wenn man sie braucht!
