Dein Zimmer hat 15 qm und ist gen Osten ausgerichtet. Das Zimmer hat einen Holzboden und ist sehr hell. Im Zimmer stehen derzeit ein Bett, ein Schreibtisch und eine Garderobe, welche für einen kleinen Betrag übernommen werden können.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. OG und besteht aus drei Zimmern, Küche, Bad und Loggia. Ein kleiner Abstellraum steht uns ausserdem zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wurde vor ca. 3 Jahren renoviert und ist in gutem Zustand. Dein Fahrrad kann im überdachten Hinterhof abgestellt werden.
Room: Your room is 15 square meters and oriented to the east. The room is generally for rent without furniture. However, some pieces of furniture can be acquired from the previous renter. There is a bed, a desk and a wardrobe, which can be taken over for a fair price.
Accommodation: The flat is located on the third floor and consists of three rooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a loggia. Additionally there is a small storage room. The flat was renovated approximately three years ago and is therefore in nice condition. You can park your bike in the covered backyard.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Südweststadt, nahe dem Albtalbahnhof. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 7 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Die nächsten Strassenbahnhaltestellen sind in 2 bzw. 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Parkplätze sind direkt in der Strasse oder um rings frei zur Verfügung. Ein Anwohnerparkausweis ist nicht notwendig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuss oder in 2 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Location: The apartment is located in Karlsruhe city south-west, near Albtalbahnhof. The main railway station is reachable in 7 minutes by foot. The next tram stations are 2 and 4 minutes away. Parking areas are directly located in the street or in the surrounding area. There is no restriction to resident parking only. You can reach the next supermarket in 10 minutes by foot or in 2 minutes by bike.
Über uns: Du wirst die WG mit Frithjof und mir (Markus) teilen. Frithjof studiert an der Hochschule Karlsruhe und ich bin Doktorand am KIT.
About us: You will share the flat with Frithjof and me (Markus), Frithjof is currently a student at Hochschule Karlsruhe, and I am a PhD student at KIT.
Bevorzugt Arbeitende oder erfahrene Studenten. Besonders wichtig ist das Einhalten der Nachtruhe nach Hausordnung ab 22:00 Uhr. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht gestattet.
Befristung: Das Zimmer wird ab Mitte/Ende Juli zunächst bis Ende August vergeben, da es ab September für eine Bekannte freigehalten wird. Eine unbefristete Verlängerung steht daher offen, falls das Zimmer nicht benötigt wird. Derzeit sieht es eher danach aus, dass das Zimmer unbefristet vergeben werden kann.
Miete: Die monatliche Miete inklusive Nebenkosten und Internet beträgt 302,00 EUR. Neben dessen ist eine Kaution in Höhe von 600 EUR zu entrichten.

Besichtigungszeitraum: Besichtigungstermine finden am 01./02. Juli (Sonntag/Montag) nach Absprache statt. Kontakt per WhattsApp ----/-------) oder Mail ()
Others: We favor working candidates or advanced students. Of high importance is to keep the rules of house, especially night rest as of 10pm. Smoking inside is prohibited.
Time limit: The room initially is free from mid/end of july and is (initially) for rent until the end of august, since a colleague could require demand. However, an unlimited rent is possible, if the mentioned colleague does not require the room, which is up to now unknown. But there is a high chance for an open-end rent.
Rent: The monthly rent is 302.00 EUR including additional costs and internet. Besides, there is a security deposit of 600 EUR.
