Helles und gut geschnittenes Zimmer mit kleinem Erker. Die Wg hat einen Balkon und eine recht große Küche, zudem gibt es eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Zimmer hat einen direkten Internetanschluss.
Im Zimmer befindet sich noch ein Bett und eine kleine Kommode die übernommen werden können.
Die Wg liegt direkt am ZKM. Die S-Bahn (S2) ist in einer Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt.
Zur FH und zum KIT sind es mit dem Fahrrad nur zehn Minuten.
Direkt am Haus sind gute Parkmöglichkeiten und es gibt einen Innenhof mit Fahrrad Stellplätzen.
Aktuell wohnen Alex und Simon in der Wg. Alex ist 22 und studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften am KIT. Simon ist 34 und arbeitet in Karlsruhe als Staplerfahrer.
In der WG kann sich jeder frei entfalten. Gelegentlich sitzt man Abends bei einem Bier zusammen und spielt Karten. Falls aber jemand seinen Freiraum möchte, ist das kein Problem.
