Gesucht wird ein Mieter für ein 70m² großes Zimmer in Waldbronn nahe Karlsruhe. Das Zimmer kann als Atelier für 420€ oder zum Wohnen für 450€ gemietet werden. Optimal für Menschen die eine Menge Platz brauchen, aber kein Vermögen dafür ausgeben möchten.
Küche und Bad sind im Mietpreis selbstverständlich inklusive.Alles nötige und noch mehr ist auch vorhanden(Spülmaschine,Ofen,Mikrowelle,Dusche,Badewanne,Waschmaschine,2 Tolietten). Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von knapp 200m², also recht groß.
Mit der Bahn sind es knapp 20 Minuten zum Karlsruher Hauptbahnhof, mit dem Auto braucht man ähnlich lang.
Die Gegend ist eher ländlich, aber dank der Straßenbahn die zweimal stündlich fährt gelangt man problemlos überall hin. Zu Aldi sind es 10min mit der Straßenbahn.
Die Wohnung wird zurzeit von einem Beruftätigen und einem Azubi bewohnt.
