Das Zimmer hat ungefähr 18 m². Es liegt Teppich und esgibt EDV sowie diverse normale Steckdosen. Wie in der überschrift erwähnt ist es unmöbiliert. Ein Bett sowie Bettwäsche könnten genutzt werden. Es gibt eine breite Fensterfront gegenüber der Tür sowie ein paar Gardinen. Eine Lampe ist aber natürlich da :)
Die Straßenbahn ist maximal 200 Meter entfernt. 3-5 Minuten Fußweg zum nächsten Penny oder zum Waldstadt Zentrum (Edeka, Post, DM, Optiker sowie zB der Wochenmarkt)
Die Karlsruher Innenstadt ist ca 20 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, die Uni ca 15 Minuten.
Die Wg liegt im dritten Stock, es gibt keinen Aufzug.
Ansonsten gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche sowie ein Bad. Die gesamte Wohnung wurde vor ca 3 Jahren renoviert, fast alles ist im Neuzustand. Mikrowelle sowie Kühl- und Gefrierschrank sind vorhanden. Ein Multifunktionsdrucker (Drucker, Scanner, Faxgerät (eingeschränkt)) sowie ein KLAVIER.
Ich selbst wohne mit dir hier. Ich rede gerne, spiele Klavier und andere Musik Instrumente und koche gerne.
Besichtigungstermin nach Absprache. Eingezogen werden kann praktisch sofort. Im Fahrradkeller oder am Fahrradständer vor dem Haus kann en Fahrrad untergebracht werden. Anschluß gibt es in ca 200 Metern zur "4", welche in ca 4 Stationen am Durlacher Tor vorbeifährt. Klingel: Wulff
