Das 16qm große Zimmer ist in der Waldstadt gelegen – in ruhiger Lage und Nähe zu dem Hardtwald sowie Straßenbahnhaltestelle.
Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist möbliert - Tisch, Stuhl, Bett, Teppich, Regal, Kleiderständer, vier Wände, Decke und Fußboden, ein großes Fenster - und mit einem Laminatboden ausgestattet und insgesamt schön hell.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden von mir gestellt.
Küche
Die Küche ist voll eingerichet (Ofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, etc.). Geschirr ist vorhanden und wartet auf seine Benutzung.
Extras
Waschmaschine ist in dem Badezimmer vorhanden -Trocknungsraum im Dachgeschoß. Fahrrad kann man vors Haus stellen oder in den Fahrradkeller oder wenn´s ganz wertvoll is in einen seperaten Kellerabteil.
Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 13 Minuten in der Innenstadt bzw in 26 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof - mit dem Fahrrad braucht man auch nur 15 bis max 20 Minuten bis in die Innenstadt und fährt dabei durch den herrlichen Hardtwald sowie über dem Schlosspark direkt ins Zentrum. Mit dem Auto braucht man auch nur 15 Minuten.
Hausordnung
Rücksichtsvolles Verhalten und Sauberkeit. Nichtraucher. Kein Tierchen mitbringen und abends/nachts nicht Kreischen oder Brüllen.
The apartment is in Karlsruhe Waldstadt, which is north eas of the centre. The area is quite quiet and close to the forest. You can reach the main square in about 15 minutes by tram, bike or car. Everything for the daily use is available around the apartment.
The room has 16sqm and is fully furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped and has an oven, stove, washing machine and refrigerator. The complete apartment has three rooms, kitchen, bathroom and a corridor.
Bed lines and towels are provided.
The room has one bed, table, chair, wardrobe and shelves.
There is internet/wifi.
About myself: I´m 32 years old and working in Karlsruhe. I like humor, respect and cleanliness in the apartment. Don´t smoke in the apartment and don´t shout or roar during the night ;)
