Für mein Zimmer suche ich eine/n nette/n Zwischenmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist hell und gemütlich. Ausgerichtet zur Ostseite wird man mit Sonnenstrahlen geweckt. Mit dem begehbaren Kleiderschrank umfasst das Zimmer ca 16 qm². Je nach Bedarf können Möbel genutzt werden oder im Keller verstaut werden. Das Zimmer ist zur Zwischenmiete bis Ende Dezember frei. Kaltmiete beträgt dabei 250 €.
Die WG befindet sich in Weiherfeld-Dammerstock. Eine ruhige Wohnlage, die von den Baustellen verschont bleibt. Nächste Haltestelle: Dammerstock (zu Fuß 10 min/ nächste Bushaltestelle 2 min). Mit dem Rad ist man in 5 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof und in 20 Minuten an der Uni.
Die Wohnung umfasst zwei gleichgroße Zimmer, eine große Küche mit Spühl- und Waschmaschine, einen Balkon mit Ausblick auf den großen Garten, sowie ein Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche.
Das WG-Leben ist recht unkompliziert. Nebenkosten (Strom-Gas-Internet) werden geteilt.
