Biete hier ein großes und helles Zimmer mit Balkon in einer WG mit meiner Tochter. Internet sowie Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Die Einbauküche ist mit Herd, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine voll ausgestattet. Das Bad hat eine große Eckbadewanne. Die Wohnung besitzt ingesamt drei Balkone, Zwei davon können jederzeit mit benutzt werden.
Dein Raum ist ca. 30 m2 groß, die Wohnung insgesamt ca. 100 m2.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig in der Karlsruher Weststadt gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl und CAP sind per Fuß oder dem Fahrrad bequem zu erreichen. Ein großer Park ist nur 2 min per Fuss entfernt und lädt zum Joggen oder Chillen ein. Der ÖPNV (Bus und Tram) ist nichtmal eine Minute entfernt.
Meine 18-Jährige Tochter (Schülerin) lebt mit in der Wohnung. Sie schreibt nächstes Jahr ihr Abitur. Durch meinen beruflichen Wegzug suchen wir eine Schülerin oder Studentin als Mitbewohnerin. Die Türen sind abschliessbar.
Aufgrund meines Berufes ist eine Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail sinnvoll. Weitere Fragen beantworte ich sehr gern. Eine Besichtigung währe nach Absprache jederzeit möglich.
