Ich heiße Tobi, bin 22Jahre alt und habe ein WG-Zimmer in der Karlsruher Weststadt zu vermieten.
Die WG besteht aus 3 Jungs:(Martin 25J Informatikstudent; Daniel 28J im Berufsleben und mich im Berufsleben)
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 116m² groß und mein Zimmer 18m². Es gibt eine große Essküche mit Balkon, einen großen Flur und die 3 Zimmer.
WC und Bad(mit Badewanne) sind getrennt.
Die Miete beträgt 330€ mit NK. 16000DSL ist auch vorhanden.
