Aufgrund einer beruflichen Veränderung vermiete ich mein sehr großes 29 qm Zimmer in einer 2er WG für 320€ Komplettmiete (auch Internet und TV) vom
01.05.14 - 31.10.14. Die WG befindet sich im 3. OG.
Durch die breite Fensterfront ist das Zimmer sehr hell (siehe Bild).
Auf Wunsch können die Vorhänge drin bleiben. Der Laminatboden ist vor 1 Jahr verlegt worden.
-Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustüre
-15 min Fußweg bis zur Innenstadt
-Penny und CAP-Markt in unmittelbarer Nähe
-10 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zur Günther Klotz Anlage
-Kneipen und Restaurants sind zahlreich in direkter Nähe vorhanden
-10 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zur PH/HS
-15 min mit dem Fahrrad bis zum KIT
In der WG wohnt zur Zeit eine 21-jährige Auszubildende ebenfalls zur Zwischenmiete. Mein Kumpel macht derzeit ein Praktikum in den USA. Er kommt wahrscheinlich Mitte Oktober wieder nach KA.
