Die Wohnung hat eine zentrale Lage (nähe Gutenbergplatz), die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut, verschiedene Supermärkte und Bäcker befinden sich gut erreichbar in der Umgebung. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca.10 min mit dem Rad.
In nächster Nähe sind verschiedene S-Bahn Linien und Haltestellen (Yorckstraße oder Hübschstraße) zu erreichen (ca. 5 min Fußweg). Umliegend kann ohne Bewohnerausweis und kostenfrei geparkt werden. Stadtmobil ist wenige Gehminute entfernt! Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man überall gut hin.
In nächster Nähe befindet sich außerdem die Günther-Klotz-Anlage. Hier kann man verschiedensten Freizeitaktivitäten nachgehen, wie z.B. entlang der Alb Spazieren, Joggen oder Radfahren, auf den Wiesen in der Sonne liegen usw. Das ZKM, Europabad und Europahalle sind von hier per Rad in 5-10 min erreichbar. Insgesamt ist die Weststadt ein ruhiger Stadtteil abseits vom Trubel der Innenstadt, mit persönlichem Flair, aber trotzdem sehr zentral gelegen.
