Ich verlasse mein WG Zimmer in der Weststadt. Der zimmer ist voll möbliert, mit Couch, Schreibtisch und Bett. Es gibt auch Internet und Fernseher Anschluss. Du hast dein eigenen Balkon, wo man Grillen und Rauchen darfst.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Weststadt, 3 min Fußweg von der Haltestelle Yorckstarsse, 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zum HsKa. Kit erricht man in 10 min mit dem Straßenbahn. Es gibt mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.
Wir teilen die Küche und den Badezimmer, was auch mit 3 anderen Personen kein Problem geworden ist. Die Küche wird immer sauber gehalten.
Allerdings kommt einmal alle 2 Wochen eine Putzfrau, um Küche und Bad zu reinigen.
Ein Haftpflichtversicherung ist notwendig.
