Das Zimmer ist im Erdgeschoss, schön geräumig und hell mit 2 großen Fenstern und hoher Decke. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, es gibt eine Küche mit kleinem Tisch zum zusammen Essen, Trinken, Verweilen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Backofen etc. Es gibt ein Bad mit Badewanne (!) und ein weiteres kleines Klo.
Die Wohnung ist an der Ecke zur Kriegsstraße aber extrem ruhig, obwohl sie im Erdgeschoss ist. Lidl und Rewe sind in 5 Minuten erreichbar, die Innenstadt in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. An der HfG ist man zu Fuss in 1 Minute. PH und Akademie sind auch direkt erreichbar. Es gibt einige sweet Bars direkt eine Ecke weiter und auch der Gutenbergplatz mit dem Markt am Samstag ist in Laufnähe.
In der WG wohnen ausserdem Florian und Zulfikar die beide an der Hochschule für Gestaltung in Karlsruhe studieren. Flo studiert Produktdesign und hat einen großen Schatz an Werkzeugen, Zulfikar ist erst vor ein paar Monaten eingezogen und studiert Medienkunst. Beide sind super Mitbewohner, das WG-Leben ist sehr friedlich und respektvoll!

3 Person WG in the Weststadt, all necessary things close-by (Bars, Supermarket, City Centre).The flat is on the groundfloor but the room has two big windows and gets lots of lightThe other two roommates are Flo and Zulfikar both studying at the University of Arts and Design. They are both great to live with and looking forward to you!
