Wir sind Julia, Mo, Philippa und ein noch nicht geborenes Baby und haben im März eine neue WG gegründet.
Zum 15. April suchen wir noch ein*e weitere*n Mitbewohner*in zur Zwischenmiete. Denn wir haben noch ein Zimmer frei in unserer sehr schönen Erdgeschoss Wohnung mit direktem Gartenzugang und riesigem Wohnzimmer mit blauem Kachelofen. Das Zimmer wird bis zum 1. August (flexibel zum 1. September) frei sein.
Wir sind teilweise schon länger in Kassel oder noch ganz neu und bewegen uns im Alltag zwischen Kunstuni (Philippa und Julia studieren noch Kunstpädagogik bzw. freie Kunst und sind kurz vor Abschluss), Schmackes Bioladen (Mo geht dort seiner Lohnarbeit nach) und Café, Kino oder Kneipe. Wir streiten und kämpfen für politische Veränderungen in ganz unterschiedlichen Zusammenhängen und legen wert auf ein gemeinschaftliches WG Leben.
Wenn dich Zusammenwohnen mit einem Neugeborenen nicht abschreckt ist das auch sehr hilfreich :)

We are Julia, Mo, Philippa and a not-yet-born baby and we moved in together in the beginning of march.
As of April 15, we are looking for another roommate for an interim rental. We still have a room available in our beautiful first floor apartment with direct access to the garden and a huge living room with a blue tiled stove. The room will be available until August 1st (flexible until September 1st).
Some of us have been in Kassel for a long time, others are brand new and our everyday lives take us between art university (Philippa and Julia are still studying art education and fine arts respectively and are about to graduate), Schmackes Bioladen (organic food store where Mo works) and cafés, cinema or pub. We argue and fight for political change in different contexts and value a communal shared flat life.
If living with a newborn doesn't scare you off, that's also very helpful :)
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kassel Bettenhausen in der Osterholzstraße. (nächste Haltestelle: Kirchgasse)
Mit der Bahn ist man in 10min und mit Fahrrad in 15min in der Innenstadt.
Die Miete liegt bei ca. 350 Euro pro Monat inklusive allem.
Also wenn du Lust hast auf eine neue WG mit Kind und klarem Zeithorizont, gemütliche Stunden am Kachelofen im Wohnzimmer oder in der Sonne im Garten und gemeinsame Ausflüge zu Kunst und Politik im Stadtgeschehen, dann meld dich gerne bei uns :)

You reach the city center in 10 minutes by train and 15 minutes by bike.
The rent is around 350 euros per month including everything.
Important: Our stay in the apartment is limited until the end of June 2025. There is still a good chance that the date will be postponed until the end of December 2025, but then we will definitely have to leave due to construction work on the house and in the apartment.
So if you feel like a new shared flat with a child and a time horizon, cozy hours by the tiled stove in the living room or in the sun in the garden and joint excursions to art and politics in the city, then please get in touch with us :)
