The room is about 20m2, square and overlooking the courtyard/garden. It is a southern room, in spring and autumn you have long sun, in summer it is cool. It is cozy with the floor and high old building ceilings.
The apartment itself consists of three rooms, a hallway, a small kitchen and a daylight bath. We have a shared courtyard / garden and a bicycle shed. It's quiet because we're in the back house between two courtyards.
The room is handed over unfurnished, and if necessary the bed + mattress (1.40m) can be taken over.
The entire apartment has floor, kitchen and bathroom are tiled.
Das Zimmer ist ca 20m² groß, quadratisch und mit Blick in den Innenhof/ Garten. Es ist ein Südzimmer, im Frühling und Herbst hat man lang Sonne, im Sommer ist es kühl. Es ist gemütlich mit Dielenboden und hohen Altbau Decken.
Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus drei Zimmern, einem Flur, einer kleinen Küche und einem Tageslichtbad. Wir haben einen gemeinschaftlich genutzte Innenhof / Garten und einen Fahrradschuppen. Es ist ruhig, da wir im Hinterhaus zwischen zwei Innenhöfe sind.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbeliert übergeben, bei Bedarf kann das Bett+Matratze (1,40m) übernommen werden.
Die gesamte Wohnung hat Dielenboden, Küche und Bad sind gefliest.
The WG is located directly at the university grounds, so you can reach the university within a minute. She's in a backyard, the street is only minimal. The nearest tram station is 3 min. Walking distance and the nearest supermarket is located directly at the Tram station (near Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland+Apotheke, Baker and a small Asia shop). From the apartment you are within 10 min. Walking distance in the city and also the Aue is not far away to stroll, jogging or a coffee in the Kurbad Café or a jump into the Fulda.
Die WG liegt unmittelbar am Universitätsgelände, so erreicht man die Uni innerhalb von einer Minute. Sie liegt in einem Hinterhof, die Straße hört man nur minimal. Die nächstgelegene Tram-Station ist 3 min. Fußweg entfernt und der nächstgelegene Supermarkt liegt unmittelbar an der Tram-Station (in der Nähe sind Lidl, Edeka, Kaufland+Apotheke, Bäcker und ein kleiner Asia-Shop). Von der Wohnung aus ist man innerhalb von max. 10 min. Fußweg in der Stadt und auch die Aue liegt nicht weit entfernt zum spazieren, joggen oder einen Kaffee im Kurbad Café oder einen Sprung in die Fulda.
Laurette (27) and Kristina (23). Laurette comes from France / Wahlheimat Berlin and studies contemporary dance. She takes a lot of time in her dance studies, but there is plenty of time for her to grow. Kristina studies Social Law at the Master and spends her free time at the football field.
We are a relaxed WG where you live together without compulsion. In the past we have liked to go on nutella wafers in the next cafe, have cooked coffee together, etc. An open coexistence, where one knows oneself, but even without a bad look can close one's own room door, was self-confident. Other:)

Mit dir wohnen Laurette (27) und Kristina (23). Laurette kommt aus Frankreich / Wahlheimat Berlin und studiert Zeitgenössischen Tanz. Das Tanzstudium nimmt sie zeitlich viel ein, aber es bleibt genug Zeit zum Pflanzen vermehren. Kristina studiert im Master Soziales Recht und verbringt ihre freie Zeit am Fußballfeld.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG, in der man ohne Zwang zusammenwohnt. Wir sind in der Vergangenheit gerne auf Nutellawaffeln im nächsten Cafè gegangen, haben zusammen Kaffee gekocht usw. Ein offenes Zusammenleben, wo man sich kennt, aber auch ohne bösen Blicke die eigene Zimmertüre schließen kann, war uns selbstverstädnlich. Gerne auch weiter so :)
