Bei uns wird ein Zimmer für 2-3 Monate im Sommer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Wir sind zurzeit eine 6er WG mit Menschen im Alter zwischen 23 und 31 Jahren und wohnen im Erdgeschoss eines Altbaus. Sozialer Mittelpunkt unserer Wohnung ist der gemütliche Wintergarten, in dem wir gerne zusammen Zeit verbringen, und natürlich unser großer Garten. Vor dem Haus gibt es außerdem einen kleinen Vorgarten mit Fahrradstellplätzen und neben dem Haus eine Garage. Die Milchlingstraße liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße in der Nähe vom Weinberg und direkt neben der Aue. Mit dem Rad bist du in 10 min in der Stadt.
Das Zimmer ist möbiliert und eingerichtet (21qm, ca. 500€ warm). Die Morgensonne scheint in das Zimmer und ist in Richtung Garten ausgerichtet.

Hello there!
We have a room available for 2-3 months in the summer.
We are currently a flat share of 6 people aged between 23 and 31 and live on the ground floor of an old building. The social centre of our flat is the cosy conservatory, where we like to spend time together, and of course our large garden. There is also a small front garden with bicycle parking in front of the house and a garage next to the house. Milchlingstraße is located in a quiet side street near the vineyard and right next to the floodplain. You can be in the city in 10 minutes by bike.
The room is furnished and equipped (21 square metres, approx. 500€ warm). The morning sun shines into the room and is orientated towards the garden.
Wir wohnen hier zentral und doch super ruhig (man kann perfekt mit offenem Fenster schlafen), gemeinschaftlich und doch können auch alle ihre Ruhe haben. In unserem Kühlschrank gibt es keine privaten Fächer, alle kaufen ein und alle essen mit – alle nach ihren Möglichkeiten und Bedürfnissen. Einmal die Woche liefert die Solidarische Landwirtschaft Kassel frisches Gemüse in unsere Garage und sowohl wir als auch Nachbarn aus der Umgebung nehmen sich dann ihren Anteil. Ein ökologisches Bewusstsein und ein wertschätzender, respektvoller Umgang miteinander liegen uns am Herzen.

We live here very close to the city centre and yet it's super quiet (you can sleep perfectly with the window open), communal and yet everyone can have their peace and quiet. There are no private compartments in our fridge, everyone shops and everyone eats together - all according to their possibilities and needs. Once a week, the Solidarische Landwirtschaft Kassel delivers fresh vegetables to our garage and both we and neighbours from the surrounding area take their share. Ecological awareness and respectful, appreciative interaction with one another are important to us.
Ein bisschen was zu uns, die wir jetzt seit April zusammenleben. David ist Gemüsegärtner bei einer SoLaWi, Marie studiert Kunst und Sport, Lotte ist Notfallsanitäterin, Rahaï studiert Erziehungswissenschaft und arbeitet in einem offenen Kindertreff, Stefan promoviert in Physik und Noah ist Sozialpädagoge in der stationären Kinder und Jugendhilfe.
Einmal im Monat treffen wir uns zum Plenum um alles zu besprechen, was es für ein harmonisches Zusammenleben braucht. Eine ehrliche Kommunikation untereinander liegt uns sehr am Herzen.
Wir sind hier Zuhause, genießen ausgiebig das Wochenendfrühstücken, musizieren ab und zu, Kochen und Essen gerne gemeinsam mit viel Gemüse. Spontane Unternehmungen ergeben sich gerne zwischen Alltag, Arbeit und Unterwegssein (Tanzen, Kino, Wandern, Baden...).
Da ich (Marie) für ein Praktikum ein paar Monate nicht in Kassel sein werde, wird mein Zimmer zu Ende Juli frei und kann bis Mitte Oktober bewohnt werden. Meldet euch gerne, auch wenn ihr eine kürzere Zeit hier verbringen möchtet oder zu zweit auf der Suche seid. Wenn euch die Miete zu hoch ist, können wir auch darüber sprechen. Mir ist ein achtsamer Umgang mit meinem Raum und den Dingen, die sich darin befinden sehr wichtig.

A little bit about us, who have been living together since April. David is a vegetable gardener at a SoLaWi, Marie is studying art and sport, Lotte is an emergency paramedic, Rahaï is studying educational science and works in an open children's club, Stefan is doing a PhD in physics and Noah works as a carer in a care group.
Once a month, we meet in plenary to discuss everything we need to do to live together in harmony. Honest communication with each other is very important to us.
We feel at home here, enjoy a hearty weekend breakfast, make music from time to time and enjoy cooking and eating together with lots of vegetables. We enjoy spontaneous activities between everyday life, work and being out and about (dancing, cinema, hiking, swimming...).
As I (Marie) will be away from Kassel for a few months for an internship, my room will be available at the end of July and can be occupied until mid-October. Please get in touch, even if you would like to spend a shorter time here or are looking for a room for two. If the rent is too high for you, we can also talk about it. It is very important to me to treat my space and the things in it with care.
In der Miete von 500€ sind bereits Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ enthalten. Außerdem der Solawi Beitrag fürs wöchentliche Gemüse.
Wir können einen Untermietvertrag für die Zeit ausstellen.
