The apartment is located in the beautiful district of Wehlheiden.

The nearest tram stop Kirchweg can be reached in 7 minutes on foot, just like the university on Murhardstraße. From the stop you can reach the ICE station Wilhelmshöhe in 4 minutes, to the city centre or Uni is also required only 6 min or 12 min.
A rewe is only 2 min walk away, Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl each 6-7min. If the hunger is so great that this is too far: on the ground floor of the house there is a sushi bar.

All other shops of daily need (apotheke, hairdresser, bakery, DHL-packetstation, etc.) are also in the immediate vicinity.

If you have a car, you can park in front of the house or around the corner for free.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Stadtteil Wehlheiden.

Die nächste Tramhaltestelle Kirchweg ist in 7 min zu Fuß zu erreichen, genauso wie die Uni an der Murhardstraße. Von der Haltestelle erreicht man in 4 Minuten den ICE-Bahnhof Wilhelmshöhe, in die Innenstadt bzw. Uni benötigt man auch nur 6 min bzw. 12 min.
Ein Rewe ist nur 2 min zu Fuß entfernt, Aldi, Rossmann, Lidl jeweils 6-7min. Falls der Hunger so groß ist, dass auch das zu weit ist: im Erdgeschoss des Hauses befindet sich eine Sushibar.

Alle anderen Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Apotheke, Friseur, Bäckerei, DHL-Packetstation usw.) befinden sich ebenfalls in direkter Umgebung.

Falls du ein Auto hast, kannst du vor dem Haus oder um die Ecke umsonst parken.

Your roommates are Maren, Enrica and Valentin.
Maren is 22 years old. She's doing an emergency medical training. In her spare time she paints and reads or goes swimming.
Enrica is 24 years old and studies in the Master Landscape Architecture and Planning. She likes to be creative and walk or swim.
Valentin is 26 and studies traffic planning in the master, he loves football, candy and depends a lot on his circle of friends.
The WG life consists of a respectful and funny coexistence, all have their own circles of friends and daily routines, which does not stop us from chatting in the kitchen, cocking, cooking or playing board games at the nearby table tennis table. This applies to the much-cited "all can - nothing has to". We are definitely not a purpose WG and look forward to an open, relaxed and fun living together. We wish an open, communicative and order-conscious fellow human being.

Deine Mitbewohner/innen sind Maren, Enrica und Valentin.
Maren ist 22 Jahre alt. Sie macht eine Ausbildung zur Notfallsanitäterin. In ihrer Freizeit malt und liest sie gerne oder geht schwimmen.
Enrica ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert im Master Landschaftsarchitektur- und planung. Sie ist gerne kreativ und geht laufen oder schwimmen.
Valentin ist 26 und studiert Verkehrsplanung im Master, er liebt Fußball, Süßigkeiten und hängt viel mit seinem Freundeskreis ab.
Das WG-Leben besteht aus einem respektvollen und lustigen Miteinander, alle haben ihre eigenen Freundeskreise und Tagesabläufe, was uns nicht davon abhält in der Küche zu quatschen, an der nahe gelegenen Tischtennisplatte zu zocken, zu kochen oder Brettspiele zu spielen. Dabei gilt das vielzitierte "alles kann - nichts muss". Wir sind auf jeden Fall keine Zweck-WG und freuen uns auf ein offenes, entspanntes und lustiges Zusammenleben. Wir wünschen uns einen offenen, kommunikativen und ordnungsbewussten Mitmenschen.

Übrigens befinden sich im ganzen Haus Studenten-WGs.
