Looking for a WG or 1 room apartment

Hi

I'm Alireza, and I'm 24. I'm going to come to Kassel late March from Iran and looking for a WG or 1 room apartment for staying at least 1 year.

I am a master's student at kassel University and studying economics.

My native language is Persian, secondary language that I talk mostly there is English but auch kann ich Deutsch sprechen und lerne Deutsch auf Niveau B1.

I call myself an open-minded person and love to hear different thoughts and communicate with the persons that I live with in our free times. It's really important to me that anyone needs a time by themselves and quit.

I will bring a sufficient amount of money for rent and am going to find a part-time job as soon as I reach Kassel, but you can ask me any questions you have about my financial status.

My hobbies are watching movies and even talking about them after that, listening to music, mostly reading books and I love to dance :).
I'm also doing sports like jogging and calisthenics.

The most important thing about me is caring for cleanliness, and I would be happy to help keep our place clean.

I do not smoke at all, and I prefer a place where people don't smoke in our common space.
