Die Wohnung ist hervorragend saniert, gepflegt und die Gemeinschaftsräume wie Bad und Kche sind voll ausgestattet. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mir Bett und Schreibtisch sowie einem Kleiderschrank.
Das Haus befindet sich in guter und ruhiger Wohnlage mit guter Anbindung an Bus- und Bahnnetz sowohl nach Kehl/ Strasbourg als auch nach Appenweier und Offenburg.
Du magst es unabhängig und doch nicht ganz alleine zu Leben für die Zeit des Studiums, Deiner Ausbildung oder Übergangsweise bis du eine eigene Wohnung gefunden hast.
Gemeinsame Aktivitäten sind nicht geplant.
In den Nebenkosten sind u.a. Reinigung von Treppenhaus und Außenanlage aber auch Wlan, Strom, Wasser etc. enthalten. Bei ökologischer Lebensweise kann ein Nachlass gewährt werden. Dazu mehr im Gespräch.
