Hallo an alle! Ich möchte mein Zimmer im Wohnheim Kinzigallee 7 ab Februar vermieten. Alle Infos zum Wohnheim unter http://www.studentenwerk-fh.de/html/info_de1.html
Die Lage ist super: zweites Obergeschoß; eigenes Bad, gemeinsame Küche. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit den Internetanschluss von mir kostenlos zu übernehmen (die Freischaltung kostet sonst 45 EUR). Die Miete ist 210 EUR/Monat plus 25 EUR für das Internet, welches aber mit mindestens 2 anderen Mitbewohner geteilt werden kann.
Ich biete keinen Untermietvertrag an, sondern es wird ein ganz normaler Vertrag mit dem Studentenwerk abgeschlossen (mind. 6 Monate). Da ich meinen Vertrag frühzeitig kündigen will suche ich ab Anfang Februar einen Nachmeter. Nur Studenten von FH Kehl oder Université de Strasbourg dürfen einziehen.
Wer Interesse hat, bitte meldet euch per e-mail oder ruft an und ab 01.02 mache ich das Zimmer frei!
