Das Zimmer ist 11m² groß ,teilmobiliert und ist ab 1.09.2018 frei. Es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, Lerntisch und Bücherregal. Alle Sachen, die im Zimmer stehen habe ich selbst gekauft aber bin bereit dass zu verschenken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Schaßstraße 1 und ist auf der ersten Etage. Die Küche verfügt über eine Waschmaschine, einen Herd , Geschirrschrank und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Die Dusche befindet sich in der Küche und die Toilette ist am Flur.
Ihre zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist die liebe Bing, sie kommt aus China und macht gerade ihre Ausbildung im Altenpflegeheim. Sie ist ganz nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht super Deutsch und natürlich auch Chinesisch.

The room is 11m² in size , partly furnished and is from 1.09.2018 available. The room has a wardrobe, a study desk with a chair and a book shelf . The Appartment is located on the first floor and the whole building can be found on the street Schaßstraße 1. The kitchen has a washing machine, a stove and a small fridge . The shower is found in the kitchen and the washroom( toilet) is found on the same corridor as the appartment.
The whole appartment is made up of two rooms and a kitchen and is thus supposed to be shared by two people.A lady currently occupies one room in the appartment , she's called Bing, from China, she speaks German and Chinese and is currently studying Nursing.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist toll. Nur 10 min zu Fuß vom Hauotbahnhof. Die Bushaltestelle ist auch 2 min entfernt. Mit dem Bus ist man in 15 min an der CAU Universität. Es gibt Aldi, Sky, Netto und das Sophienhofeinkaufszentrum in der Nähe.
The Location of the Appartment is perfect. Its a 10 mins walking distance from the train station and has a Bus stop 2 mins away . The University is a 15 mins journey with the bus from where the appartment is located. There are a lot of grocery shops around including Aldi, Sky, Netto , Sophienhofshoppingcenter etc.
