bin student und suche zu "sobald wie möglich"(also nicht erst ab 1.4.!!!) einen mitbewohner für meine 2-mann-wg in der holtenauer straße. topp busanbindungen, diverse einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der nähe, in 8 min zu fuß an der uni.
dein zukünftiges zimmer hat zwei große fenster und ist damit schön hell. an der wohnküche ist ein schöner balkon, auf dem den ganzen tag die sonne scheint.die küche ist voll ausgerüstet: kühlschrank, gefrierschrank, herd (neu), mikrowelle...alles da. und ein großer tisch: ideal für pokerabende o.ä.! das bad mit fenster hat eine badewanne und eine waschmaschine. klo und waschbecken natürlich auch :)
alles komplett (also km, strom, inetflat und nk) für 305€!
also meldet euch per handy so schnell wie möglich!
