Im April werde ich diese wundervolle WG verlassen, um meinen ersten richtigen Job in Berlin zu beginnen. Deshalb suche ich nach einer netten Nachmieterin oder Nachmieter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 19 m^2 groß und bietet eine nette Aussicht hin zur Holtenauer und schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Großer Flur, schnelles Internet und relativ dicke Wände sind weitere Vorzüge. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbiliert (außer Schrank) und der alte Teppich müsste ersetzt werden. Ideal wäre das Zimmer für eine Person, die es sich nach eigenem Geschmack einrichten möchte und hier in der WG längerfristig bleiben wird.
In April, I will be leaving this wonderful shared flat in order to start my first real job in Berlin, so my room is in need for a new tenant. It's 19 m^2 and offers a great view toward the Holtenauer Str., and very nice sunsets. There is a spacious hall, fast internet, and relatively thick walls. The room is not furnished (except for a cabinet) and the old carpet has to be replaced. It would be ideal for someone who would like to set it up/ furnish it according to their own taste and who will stay in the flat for a longer time.
Wir wohnen zu fünft in einer Dachgeschosswohnung in der Holtenauer Straße, nur 10-15 Minuten Fußweg von der Uni und mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Wochenmarkt super dicht bei! Die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor der Tür.
We are in a fifth floor apartment conveniently located about 10-15 minutes walk from the University. There are lots of places to go shopping and also a weekly farmers market nearby! The bus stop with frequent service is just a one minute walk away.
Du würdest mit meinen Zimmernachbarn Fabian, Sarah, Lea und David (2 Jungs, 2 Mädels) wohnen. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und richten gern gemeinsame Koch-, Spiele- oder Grillabende aus. Aber natürlich wird auch niemand gezwungen teilzunehmen!
You'll be living with my flatmates Fabian, Sarah, Lea and David (2 guys, 2 girls). Everyone in the flat is a friendly social person and occasionally we cook together, play games in the kitchen or have a barbeque in the park. It's nice to hang out but of course it's no problem if you don't have time to join.
Wir teilen uns zwar ein Bad zu fünft, bisher gab es da allerdings keine Probleme, weil wir alle einen unterschiedlichen Tagesrhythmus haben. Die Waschmaschine steht gleich in der Küche, Platz zum Aufhängen gibts im Flur genug!
The kitchen and bathroom are shared by the five of us but since we have different schedules there have been no problems with this so far. We all get along very well. There is a washing machine in the kitchen and plenty of space to dry your clothes in the hallway.
