Es ist eine Dachgeschosswohnung mit hauptsächlich Studenten als Mieter, was bedeutet, dass die Wohnung eine wirklich friedliche und stressfreie Wohnatmosphäre bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 5 Stock und hat 3 Zimmer plus zwei begehbare Kleiderschränke. Ebenfalls besitzt sie zwei Badezimmer. Außerdem ist die Aussicht von hier oben über die Stadt Kiel wirklich empfehlenswert.
Da wir drei ausziehen, suchen wir nun auch drei neue Mieter, es ist also eine Wg Neu-Gründung. Wenn du also jemanden hast oder auch zwei, die du gerne mit in diese Wohnung nehmen würdest, ist dies machbar.
