Wir (Birthe 23 Agrarwissenschaft und Janni 26 Jura) suchen zum 1.5 oder früher einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin für ein 12m² Zimmer in unserer 3er WG.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Balkone. Von der Küche geht der erste Balkon ab. Der andere Balkon ist ein Südbalkon!
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet - Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Telefon- und Internetflatrate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4ten Stock. In dem Haus befinden sich überwiegend WGs. Ein Kellerraum sowie ein Fahrradkeller stehen auch zur Verfügung.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (max 5 min; Belvedere)
Auch Haustiere sind nach Absprache mit dem Vermieter erlaubt!
