da ich Kiel für 2 Monate verlassen, biete ich mein Zimmer in einer netten 2er-WG zur Zwischenmiete an! Das Zimmer ist möbliert (oder teilmöbliert) und 16m² groß.
Die Wohnung liegt zentral am Dreiecksplatz in der Jungmannstraße. Alles was man so braucht ist direkt vor der Haustür (Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestellen etc.)! Auch die Uni ist nicht weit weg...Ein paar Schmankerl wie zum Beispiel ein Wohnzimmer mit Sky-Fernsehen und ein Kaffeevollautomat sind auch mit dabei! Der Mitbewohner ist auch ein sehhr netter! :)
Die Miete beträgt 300€ pro Monat, 250€ hätte ich gerne als Kaution bzw. Sicherheit. Bei Interesse einfach melden, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin abmachen und alles weitere besprechen...
