Wir suchen eine*n Mitbewohner*in in unserer 5er WG. Dein Zimmer ist teilmöbliert(ein Bett und ein Sofa bei Interesse) und hat neben gemütlichen Schrägen, Dielenboden und ein großes Fenster :)
Wir wohnen auf 135m² im erst 2008 ausgebauten Dachgeschoß. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Stockwerke, wobei wir den oberen Bereich als Wohn-, Wasch- und Relax Area nutzen. Als absolutes Highlight schließt sich die legendäre Dachterasse an (>10m²), die bei schönem Wetter zum Grillen und Bierchen schlürfen einläd :) Der Rest der Wohnung bietet genug Platz für alle, mit großem Flur, modernem Vollbad, und geräumiger vollausgestatteter Einbauküche (Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Waschmaschine, Eisschrank, usw...). Durch eine zusätzliche Toilette entsteht zu keiner Zeit Bad-Stau.

We are looking someone to join our lovely 5 people flat-share. The room is a cosy, 12m² squared with straight and sloped walls, wooden floor and one big window.
The flat is very spacious(~135m²) and is the top floor with an additional attic living-room including a perfect terrace-balcony. The kitchen and bathroom are very modern and has everything you need. We even have a small toilet that makes life easier in the morning queue. The room has 1 window with lot of afternoon-sun and is partially furnished.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral im Herzen von Kiel, die Uni ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15min zu erreichen, fußläufig sind es zur Innenstadt 5min, zum Hauptbahnhof 10min. Supermarkt, Apotheke und diverse Essenslokale sind quasi direkt vor der Tür. Ausserdem kann man das schöne Wetter im Schrevenpark um's Eck genießen, wenn man nicht gerade auf der Dachterasse rumhängt :) Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist perfekt, ebenso die Parkmöglichkeiten. Also: besser geht's nicht!

The flat is quite central, it takes 15 mins. to ride to Uni. by bike and on foot you can make it to central train station in 10 mins. or to the city center in 5 mins. There are many cool cafe's or restaurants at the neighborhood as well as the nice Schrevenpark. Pharmacy and supermarket are just at the corner. Public transport is always close by and there are big parking lots that you can use if you have a car.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Michel (26) und Louise (27), beide Physiotherapeuten, Sam (34) und Africa (24), die auf Spanien kommen. Sam macht gerade seine Ausbildung als Tischler und Africa wird in April ihre Ausbildung als Krankenschwester anfangen. Da ist auch Lui, der Hund von Michel :D
Unsere Zimmertüren sind eigentlich immer offen, wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, von gemeinsamen Kochen, schnacken, etwas spielen...aber ihr habt natürlich jederzeit eure Ruhe wenn ihr wollt. Selbstverständlich teilen wir Reinigungsaufgaben.

Your future roommates are Michel (26) and Louise (27), both physiotherapists, and Sam (34) and Africa (24) both from Spain: Sam is a carpenter apprentice and Africa will start her formation as nurse in April. Michel has a cute dog named Lui as the 5th roommate. In our WG we like spending time together. We also share duties to tidy the house and keep it clean. If we find the time, we cook together, grill or play something. Of course we always respect each others privacy.
Meldet euch doch kurz bei uns per Nachricht um einen Termin zum Treffen oder einen Anruf zu vereinbaren. Wir suchen sehr kurzfristig jemanden, das Zimmer ist ab dem 01.03. frei. Wir können mit früheren oder späteren Daten flexibel sein.
