Ich verbringe voraussichtlich zehn Tage im Ausland und suche daher eine Zwischenmieterin/ einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer.
Habe eine nette, aufgeschlossene und nette Mitbewohnerin mit der man abends immer gern ein witziges Gespräch in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon halten kann.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem Schnick Schnack ausgestattet. Das Bad ist neu renoviert und hat sowohl Waschmaschine als auch Trockner vorhanden.
Ich besitze zwei Katzen, die ab und an mitversorgt werden müssten, daher beträgt die Zwischenmiete nur 100 € anstatt des vollen Mietpreises, den ich zahle.
