Es handelt sich um eine schöne Altbauwohnung mit Dielen und hohen Decken. Es gibt eine gemütliche Küche und einen sehr großen Balkon mit Blick ins Grüne. Zudem hat das Haus einen schönen Garten mit Steingrill.
Zimmer 1 ist ca. 16qm groß mit einem kleinen Erker.
Zimmer 2 ist ca. 12qm groß und zum Garten hin gelegen (auf Wunsch kann das Bett vom Foto übernommen werden).
Die Gesamtmiete pro Zimmer beträgt 286 Euro. Im Moment berechnen wir pro Zimmer die gleiche Miete, da das kleinere Zimmer den Balkon und die Rückseitige Lage hat, da können wir aber gern nochmal drüber reden.
Sky und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke und Gaarden ist viel besser als sein Ruf. ;)
