Das Zimmer ist ca.13qm groß und nicht ganz Rechteckig geschnitten. Dein neues Zimmer liegt außerdem zum Innenhof und es grenzt an kein Zimmer deiner Mitbewohner, sodass es meist sehr ruhig ist. Die Decken sind ca. 3,5m hoch (Altbau), somit wirkt das Zimmer auch deutlich geräumiger und offener.
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 270€ (Warmmiete + Strom+ Gas+ Internet)
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. Vor der Tür ist ein riesiger Parkplatz der kostenlos zur Verfügung steht (Wilhelmplatz). Ein Rewemarkt ist Fußläufig in nur 3 Minuten erreichbar, ebenso die Bushaltestellen am Wilhelmplatz/Arndtplatz.
So sind die Innenstadt, Uni oder auch die Bergstraße auch in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Studenten, die gerne für sich Leben, was nicht heißen soll, dass dies eine reine Zweck-WG ist. Es wird Wert auf Privatsphäre gelegt , aber gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, WG-Partys oder nem Klön in der Küche steht nichts im Weg.
