Im Keller steht eine Waschmaschine zur gemeinsamen Nutzung.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in FH-Nähe in Neumühlen-Dietrichsdorf.
Die Bushaltestelle ist 2 Minuten vom Haus entfernt. Der Bus (Linie 11) fährt bis zur FH 5 Minuten .
Zu Fuß läuft man ca 15 Minuten bis zur FH
