Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 10 Quadratmeter großes Zimmer in der Holtenauer Straße. Die Mietkosten betragen 170€ warm + Strom. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 5 min zur Uni und 10 zum Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock und beinhaltet eine kleine Pantryküche und einen geräumigen Einbauschrank. Die Toilette und Dusche teilt man sich mit 3 weiteren Person die in der gleichen Etage wohnen. Das Bad hat allerdings kein Waschbecken, sodass man das Waschbecken der eigenen Küche nutzen muss. Bei Interesse gerne einfach bei mir anrufen.
