Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und liegt in der obersten Etage, dadurch hat es schöne hohe Decken. Da es Richtung Süden geht, ist es auch schön hell.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut und witzig aufgebaut, da sie über drei halbhohe Etagen geht.
Zudem hat sie zwei Badezimmer und einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit Esstisch und Sofaecke.
Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein, es sind keine 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Uni, und vielleicht 200m zur Holtenauerstraße mit diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Aldi, Sky und Penny sind auch weniger als fünf Fahrradminuten entfernt und diverse Buslinien fahren fast vor der Haustür Nähe ab. Zudem geht das Zimmer zu einer
Sackgasse hin - es gibt keienen Verkehrslärm. Im Keller sind Waschmaschien und ein Fahrradkeller.
